Delivery, pickup and shipping
We offer three ways to get your order. Pick the one that suits you at checkout.
Same-day local delivery
If you live in the Green Bay area, we can bring your order to your door the same day. Delivery is available to local addresses only; enter your address at checkout to see if you qualify.
Curbside pickup
Order online and pick up at the B-Alive store closest to you. We'll let you know when your order is ready. When you arrive, give us a call and we'll bring it out to your car.
Shipping
Not nearby? We ship too. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay, and you'll get a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.
Returns
We want you to be happy with every purchase. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to make it right.

What can be returned
Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned. For health and safopened supplements, foods or personal care items unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
How to start a return
Reply to your order confirmation email and tell us which item you'd like to return and why. We'll send you instructions. You can also bring the item, along with your receipt or order number, to any of our stores.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as you can and we'll replace it or refund you.
Age requirement and intended use
Age requirements
Some products, such as certain hemp, sports and weight management items, carry an age requirement set by the manufacturer or by law. Where this applies, it is noted on the product page, and we may ask you to confirm your age at checkout or show ID at pickup or delivery.
Intended use
The products we sell are dietary supplements, foods and topical products. They are not medicines. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

If you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medication, or managing a medical condition, speak with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement. Always follow the directions on the label.
